When I first came into contact with EA, I looked for books to help me with the basic terminology, as at the time it can feel like you are being spoken to in a foreign language. I bought myself “The Ultimate Guide to Astrology” by Tanaaz Chubb. It was a brilliant reference book, however, you need to have had your Birth Chart mapped out first. Doing it yourself is hard if you are just starting out. It is easy to make mistakes, as names for things can differ and much is, of course, down to interpretation.
Depending on how deep you want to go, it can also get extremely complicated. If you want to do it properly, I think getting a professional to get you started is imperative. It is also really helpful to have them on hand to answer any questions. Simon has an unbelievable breath of knowledge. Reading charts is just so natural to him. He also has an amazing ability to convey information in a graspable manner, regardless of the prior knowledge and understanding of EA. He is also fantastic at guiding you to deeper questions. The questions that on occasion might be hard but you equally get the most reward from answering.
I found all my time with Raising Vibrations extremely valuable.
