I completed the three-week Foundational Level. I loved it. It certainly challenged me, but what I loved about it was I could immediately do it.

For me, it was the perfect balance of left and right brain! The class I took was taught by Ibrahim Karim’s daughters, Doreya Karim and Laila Karim. Both have grown up with the science and not only were they both hugely knowledgeable but also really lovely. They created a lovely space and I got so much from the experience.
