Kinesiology
Kinesiology is a form of therapy that uses basic muscle testing or biofeedback to evaluate possible imbalances within the body that might be causing functional illness. It draws together the core elements of complementary therapies, to create a unified approach to diagnosis and then treatment.
imbalance
Applied Kinesiology is primarily concerned with neuromuscular function and its relation to the regulation of Structural, Chemical and Emotional physiology.
When a person is unwell it is due to an imbalance in one or more of these areas. Kinesiology enables a practitioner to evaluate imbalances and direct the therapy accordingly. It aims to restore the balance between these three factors.
Treatment consists of testing the response of muscles to stimulus. Each muscle in the body has a link with the neurotransmitter supply to underlying organs. Muscles, when challenged, react with weakness or hyperactivity, signalling an imbalance in the energy pathway to the underlying organ/gland.
Kinesiology can be used to treat Anxiety. Depression. Arthritis, inflammation, joint pain. Allergies/Intolerances. Acne, eczema, psoriasis and skin problems. Alopecia. Obesity / Weight problems. Energy /Fatigue/Exhaustion. Insomnia. Digestive disorders. Hormonal problems, PMS, Menopause, erectile dysfunction. Fertility. Pain. Osteoporosis Migraines/headaches. Hypertension. Toxicity.

Kathryn Hicks
Kathryn is based in Handcross in West Sussex. After my son had suffered severe and at times crippling stomach aches for 18 months.
Seeing countless NHS and private doctors, who couldn’t find anything physically wrong with him and ended up diagnosing extreme anxiety and were about to have him admitted to hospital. Kathryn diagnosed and cured him in a 30min appointment and four-week simple treatment plan.
Simply put, the wealth of knowledge one can gain about oneself from Human Design is awe-inspiring. Why do we behave how we behave,? Why do we find certain things easy and others difficult? Why might I get on with one person and not another? It gives you a physical blueprint of yourself allowing you to play on your strength and understand and honour your weaknesses. Inviting you to lead a more authentic, happier, confident life.
She was utterly amazing, and he hasn’t looked back.
I have also been to see her myself on several occasions. She was extremely professional, very knowledgeable and very helpful. I also know many unconnected people who are also patients of Kathryn, and all swear by her. She is unbelievable!
