Lex Fridman
Steering Civilisation Away from Self-Destruction
AI
I was introduced to the Lex Fridman Podcast by Simon Vorster. With 1.68m subscribers currently on YouTube, with over 660 videos, he is extremely popular. He has interviewed some massively interesting progressive people. Including Elon Musk, Jack Dorsey, Eric Weinstein, Roger Penrose and Noam Chomsky.
I have only watched a couple of his videos, and I love his style, he is incredibly likeable even though a lot of his content goes way over my head. If you are into AI, then he is your man.
I got a lot out of his interview with David Schmachenberger: “Steering Civilisation Away from Self-Destruction”. Certainly worth a look.
